Home Maintenance Inspection
Sign up for our regular Home Maintenance Inspection service to stay updated on the condition of your home. During this inspection, we’ll point out what systems and components are wearing down by fixing them before they get too out of hand.
Purchasing an older home may come with some requirements from your insurer. For instance, our 4-Point Inspection service can answer your insurer’s questions. This doesn’t take the place of a full Buyer’s Inspection, but it does include: Roof, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical
Pool and Spa Inspection
We will check each water connection during our Pool and/or Spa Inspection. We’ll also pay close attention to the pool deck area to ensure that everyone can safely swim or hang out in your spa.
Our Wind Mitigation service is very popular. Not only will we check your home to ensure it has proper wind mitigation features in place, but we’ll also suggest new ways you can protect your home.
We will place a tiny camera inside your sewer pipes to look for any damage. The reality is that sewer lines become messed up over time. Protect yourself by getting a professional sewer scope completed.
Loan Draw Inspection
Does the bank require an inspection before they’ll release the next loan draw to your builder? We’ve got the skills needed to go to the construction site and assess everything. As long as all is good, we’ll give your bank the go-ahead to pay out their latest loan draw.
